Return and Refund Policy:
Baby Brezza is only able to accept returns on items purchased directly from babybrezza.co.za, within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase with free return shipping.
- If products are in their original condition (unopened, unmarked and in saleable condition), you will get full refund (minus any original shipping fee paid)
- If the box is opened, refund can only be processed less a 20% charge for repackaging and any original shipping fee paid by Baby Brezza South Africa.
- For reasons of public health, these products are prohibited to be returned after use.
If your product is eligible, you can initiate a return directly from your order history page on your account. You can also contact our Customer Care team to receive specific information about how to return an item. All refunds will be made to the original payment method, or a check will be issued to the purchaser upon receipt of the eligible item. Please allow up to two credit card billing cycles for refund processing.
To initiate a return, click here or call +27 11 791 6309 (Mon - Fri, 8am - 4pm CAT). Please include your name, address, phone number and order number in the return shipment so we can credit the correct purchaser. NOTE: Baby Brezza does not cover the return shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@grobaby.co.za .
